Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Across India for all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders with order values above ₹499.
  • Shipping Fee: ₹50 for all orders below ₹499.

Service Area

  • Domestic: Flapos ships to all locations within India.
  • International: Currently, Flapos does not accept international orders.

Bulk Orders & Discounts

  • Bulk Discounts Available: We do offer special discounts on bulk orders. If you are interested in placing a bulk order, please share your query or requirements by emailing us at care@flapos.in.
  • Suggestion: Ordering multiple items in a single purchase is encouraged, as shipping costs are mainly based on package weight, allowing you to maximize value.

Order Packaging

  • Depending on your selected products, your order may arrive in multiple packages to ensure each item reaches you quickly and safely.

Payment Options

  • COD Available: Cash on Delivery is available across India.
  • COD Fee: For orders below ₹499, a ₹50 delivery fee applies.

Shipping Timeframe

  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 11:30 am on working days are processed and usually shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/public holidays, will be shipped on the next working day (within 24 hours).
  • Estimated Delivery: After your order is shipped, delivery generally takes 3–7 working days, depending on your delivery location and local courier availability. In some rare cases, deliveries may arrive earlier or slightly later due to factors such as remote area, seasonal volume, or logistical delays (common across the e-commerce industry).
  • Note: All timelines are estimates. Severe weather, holidays, or unforeseen events may cause additional delays.

Order Updates & Modifications

  • Before Shipping: You can update your information or modify your order before it has been shipped. Please share your changes with us as soon as possible through our Contact Form.
  • After Shipping: Changes are not possible once the order is shipped.
