Refund policy

Order Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please submit your request before the product has been shipped. As most orders are dispatched on the same day or within 24 hours, we recommend reaching out to us at the earliest through our Contact Form.
  • Your cancellation request must:
    • Include the order number in the subject line
    • Mention your phone number in the email body
    • Be complete; incomplete requests or emails missing required information will not be accepted.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Return Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product. After 3 days, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements.
  • Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
    • The product is broken, damaged, defective, or the wrong item has been sent. Please provide images of the broken product via email.
    • There is an error on our end (e.g., wrong item shipped).
    • You have a valid proof of purchase (order receipt or number).
  • All returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition, with all parts/accessories included. Used, scratched, or incomplete products are not accepted.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping charges (both directions) and handling fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with the product quality (not defective/wrong), you may exchange it for another product of equal or higher value within 3 days of delivery.
  • We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with product quality if the product is not defective, as all products are checked by our Quality Assurance team.
  • For exchanges, the product must be unused and returned in its original condition with packaging.

Special Notes

  • No refunds are provided for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Only product exchange or store credit of the equivalent amount (valid for 6 months) is available for COD returns.
  • Sale items are not eligible for a refund, only for exchange or store credit.
  • To process any return or exchange, please submit your request via our Contact Form, including your order number and supporting information.

Refunds

  • For eligible returns (defective/damaged/wrong product, original payment method), the refund will be processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and COD charges, if applicable, will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing Timeframe

  • Once we receive your returned product and our Quality Control (QC) team has inspected it, your refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours.
  • The refunded amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after notification:
    1. Please re-check your bank account.
    2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. Contact your bank; processing times can vary.
    4. After following these steps, if your refund has not been received, please reach out to us through our Contact Form for further assistance.

Shipping for Returns/Exchanges

  • To return a product, please contact us through our Contact Form to receive the return instructions and confirmation.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs. If the return’s value is over ₹1000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.

Replacement/Exchange Delivery Time

  • Approved replacements or exchanges will be shipped and delivered within 5-7 business days after return approval.
